Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check In 2 pm
• Check Out 12 pm
• Rates based on double occupancy (2 persons) per room, per night in US dollars
• Rates subject to 15% tax.
• Credit cards are accepted at the Hotel.

Payments and Deposits

NON – REFUNDABLE RATES

All non-refundable reservations require full prepayment, including taxes, at time of booking

Cancellations

Flexible Rates

• Free cancellation without penalty fees until the day of Check-In.
• A deposit of 30% of the total stay is required, refundable until the day of check-in.

Semi Flexible Rates

• Cancellations received 31 days prior to date of arrival, 30% deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellations received 30 days or less prior to date of arrival, 30% deposit becomes non-refundable and will be charged as penalty.

Non- Refundable Rates

• The full prepayment, including taxes will be applied without option of refund for the period covered and the room will be released on cancellation date.
• The cancellation policy applies according to the initial date of purchase.
• In case of no show the deposit will be applied without option of refund for the period covered and the room will be released the morning after check-in date unless guest contacts hotel to indicate otherwise.
• Any early departure does not generate any refund or liability for the hotel.
